I give Kelley 5 stars because he has literally saved my life! I was overweight and out of shape so I decided to try the 30 day challenge. I wanted a healthy jump start to my journey. I decided to look for a nutritionist who can assist me. I decided to go with Mr. Kelley. I'm glad I did. He was very knowledgeable about being healthy and what it takes. His proof is in himself, how he changed and transformed his body by eating “real food". I decided to do one of his Plans and within the first 5 days I was 8lbs down, and I was feeling great. He responds very quickly, He's passionate about helping others reach their goals. His plans are simply enough anyone can follow, not all that counting macros and other tedious gimmicks. He makes it easy and simple to get healthy. So if I were you I would choose Mr. Kelley. You will not be disappointed!!

He is very informative and encouraging. He has helped me in the first 30 days alone reach amazing weight loss goals and all through just following the simple plan that he lays out. His method is not constraining as he gives many options and the freedom to eat healthy foods within the phase of the program you are in. I feel better and look better. I have a pituitary adenoma which causes me to gain weight. After speaking with Kelley, my wife and I decided to try his program for 30 days. In that time, she and I both lost about 20lbs, and my blood sugar levels came into the normal range. I stopped taking my diabetes medication because my sugars are under control. I've been suffering from chronic headaches, body aches, depression, and fatigue for almost 2 years now. My weight had climbed the scale to almost 300 lbs. and my lab work during my last physical revealed that I was borderline diabetic. I’ve tried over & over again every week to hit the reset button but, I just felt too bad to work out or stay motivated. My headaches would often make me feel dizzy and I felt like my head would explode. So, what do you do when you're too sick to exercise or just simply be more active? Long story short....by day two the headaches went completely away; my BP has dropped over 15 points. By day four my body aches and joint pains were almost nonexistent. It's been 32 days and I've lost 18 lbs. I sleep better at night; I have more energy and overall, my mood is better. But it's funny because when I look back God has been tried to give me these tools for over three years.  I told my husband on day 29, that I was going to keep going, this lifestyle is for me. I'm only just beginning, and I hope to inspire others along the way to take back control of their life and health.

A little over a month ago my sisters and I embarked on a Wellness Journey with Holistic Health Coach Kelley. We adopted a more plant-based lifestyle which began with a five-day juice cleanse. You guys have seen all the delicious recipes that my sister has been posting, and these are recipes that can get these types of results. In a month alone I have gotten my triglycerides well below the average and my total cholesterol has dropped nearly 30 points and I’ve dropped 12 pounds! Do I consider myself a VEGAN?? NO! But I have adopted a more plant-based lifestyle and I am satisfied with that!
