    If you want to get serious about your health Kelley can help you achieve that. This challenge is for those who are serious. I was already in pretty good shape. I worked out every day and I am a vegetarian who was used to intermittent fasting every day and I needed some help to get where I wanted to be and was seriously challenged, but it was so worth it. I lost 6lbs in 4 days and I have lost more since sticking to the diet, plus the amount of energy that I have which is why I did the challenge in the first place is amazing.
